Dear Atikah

I promise this will be the last time I contact you without your permission and I'll keep it short since you didn't want to hear from me anyway.
I just wanted to say I know I screwed up, bad.
I also know that I cause you a lot of pain, grief, and most likely embarrassment. I wasn't listening to you, treating you right, and became a bad baby to you with a tantrum in the end. 
That was not only wrong of me but it was shameful.
I know that my irresponsible actions hurt you multiple times and made you feel that I did not care, appreciate, or really love you as well as hurt you but I do belong to you whenever and wherevenr you want me.  
I wish I could change what I did. But I can't.
So I understand if you hate me or if I even disgust you.
I also understand if you feel you can't trust me or if you feel I am just bad for you.
I agree that dumping/ignoring me was the right thing to do.
In the state I was in, I wasn't fit for anyone.
But believe me when I say am so sorry for what I did to you, did to us.
I ruined a wonderful thing we had together and probably for good.
At least I can say that the pain of losing you made forced me to realize what was wrong with me and now I can fix it.
I just wish I didn't have to lose you to see it.
Atikah, trust me when I say that I never wanted be that kind of person, especially to you, Atikah and that I am going to hate myself for it for a long time.
You mean more to me then anyone else and I never wanted to hurt you.
You are the one I love and because of you I found a reason to change who I use to be.
I know it is probably too late but would you consider having a conversation with me?
There is no obligation but I thought maybe we could settle our differences or at least talk through them.

When a Man Loves a Woman

just want to share something that i feel right about man/men.

we all have heart but how much we can gives and how strong our loves?

think and build the feeling.

You can tell when a man loves a woman by the way he treats her, in private and in public. 

One can tell another multiple times per day “I love you,” but actions always speak louder than words.

 A man shows respect to the woman he loves when in the company of friends, family, in the presence of strangers, and especially when they are alone – when no one else is watching. 

She will know that he loves her because he makes her feel good about herself.

 He is honest, remembers special calendar dates and occasions, is proud to introduce her to family and friends, listens to her, encourages her, and is proud of and supports her endeavors.

It is a fact that men do think very differently from women, and when it comes to understanding what makes a man fall in love with a woman you have to be aware of the intrinsic qualities of a woman that will capture a man’s mind, heart and soul.

Men are rational enough to understand they don’t need a perfect woman, but a woman who is perfect for them. 

That is why it becomes very important that a woman is confident and genuine enough to present her true self, inclusive of her flaws as these are a part of her individuality.

When a man loves a woman he:

•  Is inspired to make her smile every day
•  Will give her a gift and it fills him with happiness
•  Will look into her eyes and feel a jolt of positive energy
•  Is inspired to make her feel safe and loved
•  Desires her and is filled with joy from her affection
•  Does just about anything to take care of her
•  Is inspired to be the best that he can be
•  Is dedicated to the success of the relationship
•  Will look at his woman and profoundly know that he is at home and feels peace within his soul.

If you have read this and can attest to the things written here, then smile and let your heart be joyous because you are in love and are loved. Anyone who has been in love can certainly confess that it is a powerfully potent emotion that cannot be denied!
